- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Send the goods to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Notify us of your order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please note that all costs associated with delivery (except in cases of manufacturing defects) are borne by the buyer.
To make a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return procedure, you can contact us at support@littlelovelies.ua . If your product is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt! If the package arrived in improper condition or you received the wrong order - contact us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as custom orders made with personalization.
Also, goods purchased at a discount and gift certificates are not eligible for return.
Return
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your order. If approved, you will be refunded the cost of the order.
We will not be able to issue a refund if:
- The post office did not deliver the order on time. We always provide you with the current waiting time after you have placed your order. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur with your parcel at the post office. Unfortunately, we cannot control or influence any of the postal services.
- The post office delivered the package to the wrong address. We provide postal couriers with the information we receive from you, so please make sure you send us the correct delivery address.
- Customs has detained your package.
- The package was lost or stolen during delivery.
In addition, we are always ready to discuss all possible options with you so that you are satisfied with your order.
